  • Click-through-rate: 2.2% (team avg. 2.12%)

Monthly Performance Review

I regularly review and analyze account performance, and summarize my findings in monthly reports to clients. These monthly reports serve as an important tool for communicating achievements and ongoing projects. This comprehensive report reviewed business objectives, strategic actions taken, and performance analysis across all social media accounts as well as provided recommendations and goals for the upcoming month.

Weekly Data Assessment

 This  weekly assessment tracked live paid social campaigns: I developed Sprinklr templates (at the campaign, ad set, and ad level) and crafted reports from exported data that easily conveyed KPIs through data visualization. As a result, my team was able to track current ad performance rather than wait to learn how a campaign performed a month after its conclusion. This allowed us to be more agile and regularly update our ads for optimal performance.

Account & Industry Analysis

I completed a thorough analysis of my client's social media performance across multiple platforms as well as conducted extensive research to better understand each social media platform following several platform updates and algorithm changes. This analysis provided information on platform-specific benchmarks for the client's industry, audience insights for each social site, detailed explanations about the algorithms, and strategic recommendations.
